My practice is a personal response to the world around me and an attempt to understand people’s behaviours within social norms.

I use a variety of media including textiles, text and installation. I am working with clothing as a source material because of its closeness to people’s personalities. I unpick, cut, sew and tie spontaneously to match the vast choices people have about them.

At the moment I am considering how people get damaged from experiences and how they heal themselves; the taking apart and putting together of these clothes is a physical representation of this process.
